Ansvarsområder:

The candidate will have various areas of responsibilities, including and not limited to:

 

Corporate Governance

  • Understand the respective roles of the various stakeholders
  • Prepare reports to owners, board and administration
  • Clearly present basis for decision making in a sensible way
  • Ensure that the organization’s goals and targets are being met

 

Business Development

  • Negotiate and structure contracts
  • Develop revenue models
  • Establish partnership models
  • Ensure that client relationships are being maintained and developed

 

Sales/Market

  • Understand oil companies requirements (product qualification) and internal processes -> experience from having direct dialogue with oil companies
  • Support team with international network, sales and service company experience

 

Finance

  • Developing financial prognosis and budgeting processes
  • Review and audit various aspects of corporate finance (P&L and balance sheet)

 

Product/Technology

  • Ensure that product development process is taking place in an effective and timely fashion
  • Ability to implement IP strategy
Erfaring:
  • Min 10-15 years International line Management Experience from Oil Field Services
  • Strong Product and/or Services Sales experience
  • Direct or indirect Product Development experience and IP management
  • Project management experience
  • Ideally, experience in Start Up and commercializing of Technology Company.
  • Experienced in negotiations, “deal making-deal closing” and Contracts. 
  • Strong background in P/L, budgeting, strategies, teamwork.
Utdannelse:
  • Technical Degree, Master or BSC
  • Competent in Economics either by experience and - or education
