Confidentiality – Client It is natural that Executive Search entails access to sensitive information about our client. All consultants at BackerSkeie will treat all information received with the utmost confidentiality and only as previously agreed.
Confidentiality – Candidate As a candidate, you take a certain risk from your current employer. You therefore require the utmost degrees of confidentiality from both the consultant and client during and after a recruitment process.
Off-limit BackerSkeie strives for tight partnerships with a few select clients to avoid overlap of assignments with many clients. This ensures a better understanding of the clients needs – and a large pool of companies we can actively search for talents. We of course guarantee that we do not look for candidates amongst our clients.
